The only downside I experienced with this mod is that sims employed in careers that require boss and co-worker relationships to advance may face penalties because inactives are no longer automatically hired to meet these quotas. It’s a very low maintenance style as well for those rambunctious toddlers that can’t sit still long enough for mom or dad to style their hair. They’re perfect for running around and playing in.
